Industrial Compression. Engineered for the Field.
“Pure Air. Power Gas. Perfect Pressure.”
Five compression technology lines — from ISO 8573-1 Class 0 water-lubricated oil-free screw compressors to skid-mounted reciprocating process gas packages for hydrogen, natural gas, CO₂, and oxygen. Backed by 70+ years of integrated factory manufacturing under EVER POWER Industrial Group.
Product Portfolio
Product Lines. One Integrated Manufacturing Source.
All five lines are engineered and produced within EPG Canada’s parent manufacturing base — from in-house iron casting through final assembly, pressure testing, and PLC commissioning. No sub-contracted major components.
Water-Lubricated Oil-Free Screw Compressors
Pure water replaces oil as the sole compression-chamber medium. Single-stage direct-drive architecture delivers Class 0 air without downstream oil-water separation. Discharge temperature ≤50°C — extending component life to 25+ years of design service.
Oil-Free Scroll Air Compressors
Interleaving orbiting-scroll mechanism with no reciprocating forces and no oil circuits. Near-silent operation (49–63 dB(A)) and vibration-free output makes this series suited to environments where ambient noise and contamination tolerance is near-zero.
Micro-Oil Screw Air Compressors
Shaft-seal-free design eliminates oil migration from the main rotor body. Oil content in the gas supply ≤2 PPM at discharge. Available in fixed-speed and permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive configurations for load-following energy management.
Medium & Low Pressure Compressors
Sized for discharge pressures in the 0.12–4.0 MPa range where a standard 8-bar machine runs over-pressured and wastes energy. CM/G series handles medium-pressure applications; CM/D and CM/DV series cover low-pressure aeration and conveying duties with supply gas temperature ≤45°C.
Industrial Process Gas Compressors
Reciprocating piston compressor packages for non-air gas streams where screw technology is unsuitable. Skid integration consolidates the compressor unit, knockout drum, pulsation dampeners, inter-stage coolers, PLC control panel, and safety instrumentation onto a single pre-tested structural skid.
Technology Comparison
Water-Lubricated Oil-Free vs. Dry Oil-Free: What the Data Shows
The comparison below is drawn from independent performance test data and design specification sheets for the same power class. It explains why water-lubrication is the preferred technology for applications where compressed air purity and long-term cost of ownership are the primary selection criteria.
| Parameter | Water-Lubricated Oil-Free (CM/B, CM/PV) |
Dry Oil-Free (Twin-Screw) |
|---|---|---|
| Compression chamber temperature | ≤50°C all parts run at near-ambient | 180–200°C discharge; cooler required, oxidation risk |
| Oil content in compressed air | Zero no oil in any part of the air end | Gear and bearing oil isolated by seals; seal failure = oil contamination |
| Bearing count / bearing load | 7 bearings; force-balanced single-screw geometry | 14 bearings; axial and radial imbalance under high-speed load |
| Rotor speed | ~3,000 RPM direct drive standard motor speed | 10,000–20,000 RPM via speed-increasing gears; gear loss ~8.8 kW at 55 kW |
| Air output at 55 kW, 0.8 MPa | 9.6 m³/min | 8.5 m³/min — approximately 12% less |
| Annual maintenance cost (55 kW) | ≤RMB 3,000/year air filter + water filter only | ~RMB 15,000/year; rotor coating renewal >RMB 50,000 at 3 years |
| Rotor coating degradation | No Teflon coating; stainless steel air end — permanent | Rotor Teflon coating flakes with thermal cycling; shed particles enter airstream |
| Cooling system | No after-cooler needed; outlet <50°C | After-cooler mandatory; prone to scale, corrosion, blockage |
| Compression stage count | Single stage to 1.6 MPa | Two stages to reach 0.8 MPa — double complexity |
| Sealing system complexity | Two simple seal groups | Eight complex seal groups; failure rate higher |
| Design service life | 25 years (air end 2-year warranty; bearing life 100,000 h+) | <10 years; high-temperature oxidation limits part life |
| TÜV certification | ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 Germany TÜV certified | May hold Class 0 but via seal-based isolation, not zero-oil design |
Custom Engineering
Skid Integration, Extreme-Environment Design, and Intelligent Control
EPG Canada’s engineering group handles the full scope of application-specific system design — from initial gas analysis through factory acceptance testing. Standard units are available; the more common requirement is a project-modified or fully custom package.
Custom Engineering
Compressor unit, process vessels, heat exchangers, piping, instrumentation, and control panel factory-assembled and pressure-tested on a common structural skid before shipment. Eliminates the primary source of field installation errors.
- Single-skid or modular multi-skid layout
- Shop hydrostatic and leak test to operating pressure
- Full FAT documentation with optional customer witness
- CE marking and ASME code documentation available
Extreme Environment & Hazardous-Area Design
Structural and materials engineering for sites that eliminate standard catalogue equipment: sub-zero ambient to −40°C, high-altitude above 3,000 m, tropical marine environments, and ATEX/IECEx classified zones.
- Low-temperature steel and Arctic-grade seal materials
- Altitude-derated motor sizing and cooling adaptation
- IP65/IP66 enclosures for marine & dusty environments
- Ex d / Ex e motors and intrinsically safe instrumentation
Multi-Source Drive Integration
Not all sites have reliable grid power. EPG Canada packages are designed around the available drive source — selection integrates directly into the skid mechanical and electrical layout, not field-adapted after delivery.
- Standard and Ex-rated electric motors (IE3/IE4 efficiency class)
- Natural gas or diesel engine for off-grid and remote sites
- Steam turbine drive for petrochemical and power plant applications
- Hydraulic motor for mobile and oilfield applications
PLC Control, VFD & Remote Monitoring
Every EPG Canada system ships with PLC-based sequencing, protection, and alarm logic — not relay panels. Variable-frequency drives standard on oil-free and micro-oil screw units. Remote monitoring via 4G/LTE, Modbus TCP/IP, or OPC-UA for SCADA integration.
- Siemens / Allen-Bradley PLC options
Touch-screen HMI with trend logging and alarm history - Remote parameter access and set-point adjustment
- Predictive maintenance alerts via vibration & temperature sensors

Trust Certificate
The water-lubricated oil-free screw compressor series is independently verified to ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0 by Germany TÜV — the highest oil-purity classification defined by the standard. Class 0 status is not achieved through downstream filtration but through a fundamentally zero-oil mechanical design.
